FireDance Joseph Padgal was born and raised in a small town in Southwest Michigan. He developed quite an imagination as a child and started writing short stories when he was sixteen.
When he decided to write his first novel, Padgal chose to write about family generational issues, forgiveness, the very sensitive issue of sexual abuse and the love of God demonstrated through ordinary people.
While writing FireDance, Padgal realized there were probably thousands of people who have dealt with and are dealing with one or more of these issues in their lives. It is his hope and desire that what he has written will give these wounded individuals a clearer understanding of how important forgiveness is and how essential it is for the healing process to work in each of their lives. It is for them and their families that he dedicates this book.
