Author
Ann Aschauer was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from the theater department at the University of Illinois with a degree in directing and playwriting and later became a certified teacher.
She lives in Port Huron, Michigan, with her husband, Martin, and their daughter Kelly. They also have a son, Benjamin, a daughter, Joanna Dennis, and a granddaughter, Caroline. Ann has taught elementary French and music and secondary English language arts, speech, and drama. She has had articles, stories, and poems published. The Awakening Series is her first series of full-length novels.
