Author, Sherry Riddle, uses the name of her childhood dog, Zippy, to help tell her story. Sherry volunteers her time to various community events, including the local United Way. She enjoys many hobbies, including flowers and rose gardens, painting, woodworking and drawing. She also enjoys spending time with her grandson, Jacob, to whom this book is dedicated. Sherry and her husband, Ivin, currently live in Saint Joseph County, Michigan.
