Description By design, mankind was created with an inward longing for intimacy that can only be filled with the presence of God. Parsons explores and describes her own journey into the supernatural through the pathway of travail. She speaks with the authority of one who has "been there," yet with the brokenness of one who knows that revelation and joy come from God alone. Most encouraging for readers, will be her examples of the wonders and miracles God brought forth as a result of her journey of tears.
Author It was a time of great upheaval in my life when Emilie Parsons found that twenty years of New Age teachings offered no help. A cry to the living God did, and He instructed her to "seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness" (Matthew 6:33A) She did just that and received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. In her seeking, she spent much time in prayer and intercession, and in scripture. One day while in intercession a tremendous power came upon her and brought forth weeping, travail. Parsons knew it was the Holy Spirit and this began the amazing journey of travail; powerful, supernatural, prayer.
